Cut the chicken breast into plates. It is more convenient to cut the meat when it is slightly frozen. If you do not get the plates when cutting, you can form a rectangle from the scraps, as long as they are lamellar in the section.
Put a piece of foil on the table top and smear the middle with sunflower oil, a little to fix the parchment. We put a piece of parchment (20 * 17 cm) on it and also lubricate it with oil. Sprinkle the parchment with ground chicken seasoning.
You can buy leaves for frying already with seasoning and cook in them.
Spread the chicken plates on paper and form a rectangle.
Boiled carrots with a vegetable peeler, cut into long plates and spread on the chicken, sprinkle with seasoning for vegetables, pepper and salt.
Zucchini cut into plates and fry until transparent in sunflower oil.
Put the zucchini plates on the carrots, sprinkle with vegetable seasoning, pepper and salt.
Three cheese on a large grater and sprinkle on top of the zucchini.
Roll the chicken and vegetables into a roll.
Then wrap the roll in parchment.
It remains to wrap the roll in foil and put it on a baking sheet with a cut to the top. Cook the roll in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is ready.
Then switch the oven to t 200 C, cut the wrapper on top and grease the top of the roll with the selected juice and brown. The roll can be decorated with melted cheese and black cumin.The roll is ready, it is very juicy, spicy and served as a main dish or as an appetizer.
