Chicken Salad Recipe
Oriental, warm, spicy salad. The perfect combination of vegetables and meat.
Instructions
  1. Boiled or raw chicken meat cut into cubes.

  2. Fry in vegetable oil (raw meat - 10-15 minutes, boiled - 5 minutes). Turn down the heat, add soy sauce and chopped garlic. Stir well and simmer for another 2 minutes.

  3. Cut the cucumber into strips.

  4. The salad is served in portions. We put the hot stuff on the bottom of the dishes (!!!) meat.

  5. Put carrots and cucumber on top of the meat. Then the peas. Sprinkle with pepper.
