Ingredients
- 500 gram Chicken fillet
- 2 pieces Bulgarian peppers
- 2 pieces cucumbers
- 200 gram Corn (canned)
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- Loaf (for crackers)
- Mayonnaise
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs (boiled)
- Garlic
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Boil the eggs.
- Prepare croutons: cut 5 pieces of white loaf into cubes, dry in a heated frying pan, put on a plate, squeeze out a couple of cloves of garlic and season with 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Cut the fillet into medium-sized cubes and fry until soft, adding salt and pepper during frying.
- Cut the vegetables into cubes.
- Cut the eggs and cheese into medium-sized cubes and drain the liquid from the corn. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise.
