Once again, in search of something delicious, I came across a salad recipe... And it turned out to be just in time, because all the products were in the refrigerator. The result is a delicious and light salad.
Wash the chicken Breasts and cook until tender in salted water until tender.

Cut the fillet into 0.5 cm thick strips.

Each tomato is cut into 2 parts, cut into large pieces, add salt and put in a cool place for 10-15 minutes.
Combine chicken fillet with cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, cheese and mix thoroughly.
Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard until smooth, season the salad with the resulting sauce, salt, pepper and mix.
Wash the parsley, finely chop and sprinkle the ready salad.
