Chicken Thigh Chops in Egg Recipe
And hello everyone! Yesterday I decided to cook a delicious dinner. I made "Chicken Thigh Chops in an egg" and it's the best dinner I've ever made. The chops turned out very tasty, appetizing, and soft. As a side dish, you can prepare pasta, or any other side dish of your choice. Ingredients
- 1,5 kg Chicken breast
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 120 ml Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Seasoning for chicken
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk 5 chicken eggs.
- In another bowl, pour the flour.
- Prepare the chicken thighs, separate the skin. If desired, we cut off the veins, tendons, and so on.
- The chicken thigh can be cut into several pieces, then chop off the chicken thigh.
- All the pieces of the thigh that you have beaten off, transfer to a bowl, salt, pepper, and add the seasoning for the chicken. We mix everything very well.
- Then add the soy sauce, and mix again. Leave for 30 minutes, for marinating.
- After 30 minutes, we release the pieces of the thigh into the beaten chicken egg. Then add the flour, and transfer to a preheated frying pan, fry for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- We serve it to the table.
