Everyone loves chicken and potatoes! An interesting way to cook chicken with potatoes in an oily, fragrant crust. Chicken and potatoes are tender and juicy inside and crispy outside. I offer another recipe for a delicious sauce that will perfectly emphasize the taste of this dish.

  1. Wash the potatoes well, do not peel them and put them on a baking sheet. Wash the chicken, too, and put it on a baking sheet along with the potatoes. Melt the butter, add salt, any herbs or spices, paprika, crushed garlic, mix. We lubricate the chicken well with this mixture from all sides, inside and out, as well as potatoes. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
