Couscous with Mussels and Crab Sticks Recipe
Couscous with mussels and crab sticks is a simple and very tasty dish, the preparation of which will take you no more than half an hour. Crab sticks and mussels have a pleasant delicate taste and are perfectly combined with soft crumbly couscous.

Instructions
- Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry for 4-5 minutes in olive oil (2 tablespoons) over medium heat.
- Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Add the carrots to the onion and fry on low heat for a couple of minutes.
- At the base of the tomato, make a transverse incision, lower it into boiling water for a minute and remove the skin. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the vegetables.
- Defrost the mussels and rinse thoroughly. Chop the crab sticks coarsely.
- Add mussels to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- After 5 minutes, add the crab sticks.
- Pour in 300 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat. Pour in the couscous and finely chopped parsley, remove from the heat, mix gently and leave under a closed lid for 8-10 minutes, then you can serve.
