Ingredients
- 2 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 50 gram Cranberries
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Apple juice
- 2 teaspoons Horseradish
- 300 gram Turkey (fillet)
- Salt to taste
- Allspice (to taste, for dressing, and for Turkey , I used a mixture of pink, white and green peppers.)
