- 130 ml Cream (10%)
- 70 ml White dry wine
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Salt (to taste)
- Red hot pepper (to taste)
- Lemon juice (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

- Pour the mixture from the blender into the frying pan where the onion was fried, add the cream and put it on the fire. Stir constantly. When it boils, pour in the wine and carefully pour in the flour so that there are no lumps. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. At the end, add salt, red hot pepper and lemon juice. Stir, let boil and turn off.
