- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Parsley dried
- 100 gram Breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- In a bowl, put mayonnaise, parsley, salt, break an egg, ground black pepper and mix.
- Wash the fillets, dry them and cut them into long strips. Preferably the same size and thickness.
- Put the chicken strips in the egg-mayonnaise mixture and leave for 20 minutes.
- Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Then we take out the strip and breaded in breadcrumbs. It is best to take them very finely ground. Put it in a frying pan.
- Fry the sticks on both sides until cooked over low heat. It will take about 3-5 minutes on each side. They should become golden and crispy.
