Not everyone celebrates the New Year with a plentiful feast. Someone is limited to a glass of your favorite drink and a light snack. Here in such cases, you can use this snack. It goes well with wine, champagne, and cognac. Perfect for a buffet at work.

- Garlic to taste
- 1 pinch Pine nut
- 1 handfull Cashew
- 1 tbsp Greens
- 1 tbsp Cream

- Mash the melted cheese in triangles with a fork, adding cream to make a homogeneous mass. Add the garlic and nutmeg crushed through the press.Add garlic to taste, but do not overdo it. There should be only a slight taste of garlic and no sharpness. I added half a small clove. The figs get soft. Wash them well and dry them. With a knife, cut lengthwise and remove the bone.
