Ingredients
- 300 gram Mutton
- 2 pieces Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Coriander (ground)
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 bunch Mint
- 50 ml Olive oil
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Peel the garlic, cut into slices. In a bowl, mix garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, butter, coriander and lemon juice. And the meat, a star, cover and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- For the filling, put mint leaves, lemon juice and soy sauce in a blender bowl, and chop the pepper. Then gradually pour in the oil.
