Instructions
- You need to make the sauce at home and take it with you on a picnic. It will go with any meat. I weighed the cranberries. Took 180 g. I poured it into a saucepan, put it on the fire, and mashed it with a mash. I like the lingonberries to feel in the sauce. You can also break it with a blender. This is optional. Put 3 pieces of cloves, sugar and chili pepper to the cranberries, cutting off 2 cm from it. I removed the seeds and cut them into thin rings. I got 7 of them. brought to a boil and Boiled the sauce a little, just 5 minutes. Ready. Put it in a suitable jar with a lid. For the future, you do not need to cook it, although it will stand in the refrigerator for 5 days. The sauce is suitable for any meat. I made it for the Turkey today.
- I'll use Turkey fillet today. Weight-500 g. I will cut 4 pieces for two of about 300 g, 1.2-1.5 cm thick. I will beat off the pieces with the blunt side of the knife on both sides. Marinate. Put the pieces in a bowl, add salt and pepper, add dry Basil, pour oil and squeeze the juice from half a lemon, mix with your hands. Let the meat stand for 15 minutes under the lid, marinated. In a grill pan, fry the pieces on both sides for just a couple of minutes on each side. Done! Turkey can be made on the grill, it will also be great.
