- 30 gram Cheese hard
- 3 pieces Toasts
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 30 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 gram Ketchup
- Allspice (to taste)

- If the fillet is large, the cooled pieces of meat should be disassembled with a fork into fibers. Place the chopped chicken fillet with ketchup on a slice of toast. Put a layer of grated hard cheese on top. Cover the top with a slice of bread, in which pre-cut a glass hole in the center. Pour the yolk into the cut-out hole. Cover the top with a slice of bread.
