Recently I came across an interesting Estonian snack. The dish is a filling of sour cream with pieces of salted herring and green onions. The mass can be served in one large form or prepared in small portion forms for cupcakes, it is allowed to serve in glasses. Soon on our festive tables will take their rightful place forshmak and herring under a fur coat, and perhaps someone wants to diversify your holiday table with something new)
