Berries can be taken any to Your taste. They can be fresh or frozen. I have red and black currants. Remove from the freezer and leave.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, combine the milk, vanilla, sugar and starch. Mix well and put on fire. With constant stirring, bring to a boil. The mass will be thick.
Remove from the heat and add the berries to the hot mass. Stir.
Take a container or a form for a cupcake, cover with baking paper and pour the hot mass into it. Align with a spoon and cover with plastic wrap in contact. Let it cool completely and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. I put it away for the night.
We take out the dessert, remove the film and turn the form on the cutting Board. Remove the paper and cut the dessert into cubes. It cuts well.
Then we roll the cubes in coconut chips and serve them to the table.
