Eggs need to be hard-boiled. Celery and cucumbers are cut into thin small plates, randomly. Grate the carrots on a medium-sized grater. Greens: finely chop parsley and dill. We put everything in a salad bowl. Add the finely chopped egg whites.
Egg yolks are crushed with a fork and combined with sour cream. We fill the salad. Pepper and salt to taste. We connect everything.
We get a very tender and delicious light salad. We serve.
