Liquor "Tallinn yard" Recipe
Ask me not to throw away the sneakers right away, as it was in the variants where I also used beer. I must say, it's not a ruff and it's not even worth it. The taste is soft and velvety, with the aroma of chocolate and a taste of coffee. It has a slight bitterness, alcohol is still present.

- 1 teaspoon Natural coffee

- Pour the beer into a 1.5 liter saucepan. Add sugar and stir. A very large foam is formed. It is because of this that we took a much larger volume. Put on the fire and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the foam subsides. The remaining foam can be removed with a spoon.
- Add the broken chocolate and chicory there, mix until smooth. Remove from heat and add coffee. Close the lid and leave to cool.
- In a container with a volume of 1 liter. pour the liqueur composition first, and then vodka. Close it and let it breathe. Put in a dark place for 12 days.
