Apples finely cut together with the peel, seeds and cores throw. We need 1 kg of already cut apples.

Prepare the syrup of sugar and water (I think you can not boil, but simply heat to dissolve the sugar). Syrup and infusion mix thoroughly (I mixed with warm syrup) and filter.
The finished tincture has a beautiful Golden yellow color and a very pleasant sweet and sour taste.
