Ingredients
Fried fish:
- 400 gram Pollock
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
Marinade:
- 1 piece Onion large
- 50 ml Vinegar (6%)
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper red hot
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 bunch Greens coriander, parsley
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
Instructions
- To gut the fish, remove fins, wash, dry. Cut into pieces and add a little salt.
- Preheat the pan, pour in the vegetable oil. Pieces of fish breaded in flour.
- Fry the fish. Allow to cool slightly, then remove the bones. In a container (glass, ceramic, enameled), mix the onion feathers, both types of pepper, herbs, sugar and vinegar.
- Divide the marinade into two parts, put one on the bottom. On it - fillet of fish, on top of the remaining marinade.
- Pour the soy sauce over it and put it in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Serve with potatoes or as a snack.
