- Previously, add salt and ground black pepper to the prepared minced meat, pour 1 tablespoon of starch and 1 tablespoon of corn flour, pour 50 ml of boiled water. Mix the minced meat well, then whisk it well. Add the minced vegetables to the minced meat, add canned white beans. Additionally, mix the minced meat well.
- Mozzarella or any layered cheese intended for making khachapuri, pizza, grate on a fine grater, add to it 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Mix cheese and crackers. After 5-7 minutes. until the meat casserole is ready, sprinkle it with a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs. Turn on the grill and brown the top layer until an appetizing brown crust forms.
