Instructions
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into small cubes. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until tender. Add all the spices to the minced meat, pass the garlic through the press. Peel the raw potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Pass through a meat grinder and knead thoroughly.
