  1. The skin from young zucchini can not be removed. Cut into rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut tomatoes into half rings and put on zucchini. Garlic is passed through a press and mixed with sour cream. Apply this mixture to the tomatoes, add spices, cover the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Beat the eggs with a fork and pour our vegetables. Leave to simmer for a minute. Serve, sprinkled with freshly chopped dill.
