Pancakes with Raisins and Nuts Recipe
Amazingly delicious pancakes, very similar in taste to those that could previously be ordered in the cafe "Shokoladnitsa". I do not know if they are on the menu now, but it is unlikely that their quality has remained the same. I recently found a recipe for these pancakes on the Internet. It turns out that this dessert is easy to make at home!

Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
Pancake batter
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- 1/3 package Vanilla sugar
- 100 gram Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 5 gram Dough baking powder
Walnut-raisin filling
- 80 gram Walnuts
- 80 gram Dark chocolate
- 80 gram Raisin
Chocolate sauce
- 50 gram Dark chocolate
- 15 grams Butter
- 20 ml Water
- 1/3 package Vanilla sugar
- 25 grams Sugar
Instructions
- All components for the dough whisk with a blender for a few minutes to obtain a uniform consistency. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Browning. You should get 14-15 thin pancakes with a small diameter.
- The nuts (I took the same amount of walnuts and almonds) are washed and fried in a frying pan for a few minutes. Wash the raisins, you can soak it overnight in alcohol. I didn't soak it, but I added 1 tablespoon of cognac, melting the chocolate. Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder, grind together with the raisins in a blender and mix with melted chocolate. If the filling is very thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of alcohol or milk.
- Put 1-2 tsp of filling on the edge of the pancake and wrap tightly.
- For the chocolate sauce, melt the butter over low heat, add the remaining ingredients to it and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. If the sugar does not dissolve well, heat the sauce until it is completely dissolved.
- Ready!
