- For a casserole, you need to boil any small pasta. I use lagman noodles. We make minced meat or take ready-made. Salt and pepper to taste. We form balls. I got 8 pieces. In oil, 1 tbsp (0.5 tbsp, leave to grease the form) in a pan, fry the meatballs a little on all sides to brown. We take them out on a plate and in the same frying pan and the same oil, fry onions and tomatoes, chopped at random, until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- Cover the meatballs with a layer of pasta. We make the fill. In a bowl, combine cream, eggs, tomato paste, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Cayenne pepper is not necessary if there are children.
