On frosty winter days, we often want something warm and warming. Today I offer you a recipe for excellent dumplings with vegetable frying, baked pork and melted cheese stewed in pots. This dish will not leave anyone indifferent. And what else is its plus, it cooks quickly and can be used both as a first and second course!
Pour water into a saucepan and put a bay leaf, bring to a boil, salt and add dumplings, cook until they float, until half cooked, and immediately take out! Do not digest !!! It is better to choose small dumplings.
Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and pour onions and carrots there, fry for 10 minutes.
Add black pepper and a little salt to the vegetables.
Cut the boiled pork into strips and add to the vegetables, fry for another 10 minutes.
Put dumplings and frying in pots in layers.
Bring the broth to a boil again and add the cheese, stir until completely dissolved, let it boil a little and fill the pots. Then we send them to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
