Today we are preparing pear pancakes. Flavorful pear pancakes are a great way to diversify your Breakfast. They can be made both Apple and carrot, here to your taste. They can also be made even more useful by replacing part of the wheat flour of the highest grade with whole grain.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add salt, sugar, cinnamon and sesame (cinnamon and sesame if desired, you can add nutmeg and replace white sugar with cane sugar). Stir with a whisk.
Then grate the pears on a fine grater. You can peel it, but I like it.
Add the pear to the flour mixture, then add the vegetable oil and milk. Knead the dough without lumps.
Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated pan. If the pan is good, non-stick coating can be used without oil at all. Pour 2 tablespoons of dough and fry on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface of the dough. Then turn over and fry for about 1 more minute until Golden.
