In a deep bowl mix soy sauce, vegetable oil and soy sauce-marinade. Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces and marinate in the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
On a well-heated pan-grill fry the pieces of fish for literally 1 minute on each side. You do not need to add oil to the pan.
On a serving plate put a salad mix, fresh cucumber and radish, cut into thin circles. Put the fish on top. Sprinkle the salad with olive oil, lightly sprinkle ground black pepper and sesame seeds and serve.
