- Hard-boil the eggs and remove the yolk. The proteins have been removed, we don't need them. Crumble the yolks, add mayonnaise and beat with a mixer until creamy. The cream should turn out thick, and not spread, so adjust the amount of mayonnaise depending on the consistency of the cream. It is better to add it gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
