Cook the rice according to the instructions, put it in a cup and let it cool.
Add the string beans to the rice. The amount of beans can be varied to taste.
Add the slices of plums to the salad.
If desired, calcine the walnuts, then chop them and add them to the rice.
Season the salad to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper, sprinkle with lemon or lime juice and sesame oil and mix gently. This salad can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
We don't fast, so I added a hard-boiled egg to the salad.
