Chop onion and garlic, cut sausage into rings, chicken breast into cubes, Bulgarian pepper into smaller cubes.
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
Add cubes of chicken breast, slices of sausage, mix.
Add Bulgarian pepper, tomato paste.
Pour in the broth. Add rice. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice becomes soft. Season with salt and pepper. If the rice starts to dry out before the end of cooking, add more broth or just hot water. Do not forget to stir from time to time.
