Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry finely chopped onion in it.
When the onion is fried, add the pre-soaked white Chinese mushrooms. Lightly fry, add a little soy sauce.
Boil the chicken meat, cool it and cut it arbitrarily.
Cut cucumbers into strips.
Finely chop the green onion, parsley, and dill.
Now we prepare the sauce: 7 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 plates of ginger (finely chopped), 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of ginger marinade, 0.5 teaspoons of wasabi and a pinch of hot red pepper passed through a garlic press. Mix everything well until smooth.
Mix all our ingredients: mushrooms, onions, chicken, cucumbers, herbs and pour the resulting sauce. Stir and eat!
