Take frozen green beans, and in salted boiling water cook it for 3-4 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. While the beans are cooling, cut the red fish into cubes.
Cut tomatoes, bell pepper and the cooled green beans.
Next, combine all the ingredients, add the leaves of arugula (it will emphasize the taste of tomatoes and fish, make the salad more interesting).
Season with olive oil and lemon juice. Add black pepper and salt if desired.
