Ingredients
- 15 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 50 gram Arugula
- 4 pieces Chicken fillet
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- We grill chicken fillet, salt, pepper.
- Cut the fillet into pieces. We cut cherry tomatoes into halves, (I forgot to take a photo)) we tear the arugula slightly with our hands.
- We spread the arugula first, then the tomatoes and the chicken on top, salt, pepper, pour lemon juice, if desired, and, necessarily, before serving! If you need a more satisfying salad, you can add one or two potatoes to it, previously boiled in a uniform and cut into a large piece.
