- Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: whisk soy sauce, vegetable oil, chopped (together with seeds) chili pepper and Chinese sauce with a fork. I bought this sauce in a Chinese supermarket on the recommendation of a friend. If you don't find this, I think you can use any seasoning for Chinese dishes. In every cafe, the taste of this salad is different. And in the composition of this sauce there is definitely balsamic vinegar and coriander.
