Wash potatoes, boil in the uniform and leave to cool. My mushrooms, randomly cut and fry with a small amount of vegetable oil over high heat. To fry the mushrooms, and not stewed, they should dry out a little after washing and fry them over high heat, then the water will not be released. Leave to cool.
The cooled potatoes are cleaned from the skin, cut into small cubes.
The ham is also cut into cubes.
Finely chop the greens. Of the mandatory greens in this salad, only dill, the rest is optional. I took a small bunch of dill and parsley.
Put the cooled mushrooms in the salad, add ground black pepper. For dressing - 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of oil (I added olive oil, in the original recipe - sunflower). If there are not enough cucumbers, add a little salt or add more. Mix and cool:)
