Ingredients
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- Mint
- 1 piece Peach
- 120 gram Curd cheese
- Sesame to taste
- Allspice to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 3 tablespoons Balsamic
Instructions
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, arugula and mint.
- Dice the peach.
- Cut the cheese.
- For the sauce, mix the ingredients.
- Put the greens, peaches and cheese in a salad bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
