The dish is perfect for a snack or a light dinner. Cucumber and radish crunch pleasantly, saturating us with vitamins, while they contain a small amount of calories, and peas, rich in protein, will give a feeling of satiety.
Radish and cucumbers cut into circles (or semicircles, if the vegetables are large).
Then you can experiment by adding eggs, cheese, ham slices to the dish, but I decided to make it as simple as possible. Put radishes in a circle, then cucumbers, and boiled peas in the center. Add salt to taste.
Sprinkle with vegetable oil, garnish with dill greens.
