- Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Lightly sprinkle with salt. Roll each piece in flour and put it in a frying pan. Fry in preheated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. If you follow the drawing, zucchini can be boiled together with beans. But I like this salad more fried, they have a brighter taste.
