Simple and Delicious Apple Pie Recipe
Easy to prepare and very delicious apple pie. Suitable for a festive table, or just for quiet family evenings. The pie is not expensive, the products can always be found in your kitchen. You can use any jam to your taste. I have a home-made apricot. The cake turns out very tasty and flavorful.

Ingredients
Dough:
- 450 gram Flour
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 piece Lemon
- 120 gram Sunflower oil
- 150 gram Sugar
- 10 gram Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling:
- 3 pieces Apple
- 350 gram Apricot jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, sift the flour. Add sugar, salt, baking powder. Mix with a whisk.
- Add the eggs, zest of one lemon and vegetable oil.
- Knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Cut out a circle with a diameter of 32 cm from the parchment.
- Roll out one piece of dough on parchment.
- Put the dough together with the parchment in the form. I have a shape with a diameter of 24 cm and sides of 5 cm. Lubricate with jam.
- The second part of the dough is rolled out into a rectangular layer and cut into strips, 3.5-4 cm wide.
- Cut the apples into slices.
- Spread the apples along the edge.
- Then the dough strips.
- So we alternate until we reach a cent. We fill the center and empty places with jam a little.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
