- Continue to knead the dough with the addition of herbs. Roll the "sausage" with a diameter of about 5-6 cm and divide it into 8 equal parts. It is necessary to form not thick tortillas from each part. I will shape it with my fingers, about 0.5 cm thick. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm and I want to put 4 pieces of tortillas on it. You can roll out the tortillas with a rolling pin, then the surface will have to be dusted with flour.
- Fry tortillas in oil. I fried tortillas 2 times and each time I poured 1 tbsp of sunflower oil into the pan. Fry on both sides until nicely browned. She would put the cakes in an earthenware dish and cover it with a lid. When I took off a batch of tortillas, I peppered them a little with Cayenne pepper. This is optional. Pepper can be any of your favorite pepper, if you want.
- I ate them with slices of herring. Products for tortillas are always found in the house and it is not necessary to put greens in them, you can add finely chopped onions or other greens: spinach; parsley... and so on...You can fry tortillas in a non-stick frying pan without oil at all and you will get such a lean and dietary option, only they will be drier and it will be better to eat them right away.
