Ingredients
Dough
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 glass Lemon juice
- 1 glass Milk
- 1 glass Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Filling
- 1 pieces Egg (boiled)
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 230 gram Cod liver
Instructions
- In a bowl, break the eggs, add salt, sugar, and whisk. Pour in the tomato juice, add flour and whisk until the lumps dissolve. Then pour in warm milk, add vegetable oil and mix well. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
- Mash the cod liver together with butter (I drained half of it) with a fork, add the cheese and eggs grated on a fine grater, mix well. Put the filling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Trim the pancakes at the edges to make squares. Put it on a plate, apply the filling to the surface.
- Roll up the rolls. Cut the rolls into 3 cm thick slices . Place on lettuce leaves and serve!
