Spicy Ham in its Own Juice Recipe
Stewed pork (ham) pieces, marinated in spicy spices on ketsy. Ketsa is a Georgian frying pan made of red clay or stone, which can be put in the oven and in the oven. If there is no such pan, the pork can be made in any other pottery or ceramic form. This is a very fragrant meat and easy to prepare. Plus, it is prepared completely without oil and baked in 100 % environmentally friendly dishes.

  1. Meat should be marinated in spices with onions and garlic for at least an hour. It would be better if you marinate it overnight. The meat will be juicy. I marinated the meat immediately in the dish in which I put in the oven. Cut the meat into rather large pieces. Sliced garlic, onion-half rings. Sprinkle with salt, spices and mix thoroughly, covered with a lid. I pickled the night. Covered the marinated meat in ketsi foil and put in the oven for 1 hour at t-200 C.
