Spicy Pork Ribs Recipe
I bought fresh chilled ribs three weeks ago, in the morning. By the evening it turned out that no one would eat them that day! He must have been frozen. Today I decided to cook them. I was afraid it would be too harsh, especially since I marinated for only 30 minutes! But it turned out just fabulous!! Soft, tender, juicy! I suggest you try this wonderful recipe!

Cook Time 110 minutes
Ingredients
- 1.5 kilogram Pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sauce (barbecue)
- 0.5 teaspoon Spices
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Tabasco (can be replaced with red pepper)
Instructions
- It took quite a bit, so it doesn't take a long time!
- Mix the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, butter, tabasco, salt and pepper to taste.
- Marinate our ribs in the resulting sauce for 30 minutes.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Cover tightly with foil. Put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, for 1.5 hours. Meat will release a lot of juice.
- Exit after the specified time. If there is a lot of liquid, drain a small amount! I will refuse a little. Bake for another 15 minutes under the grill, already without foil. If there is no grill, just put it on top and increase the temperature to 220 degrees.
- Serve with your favorite sauce and side dish!
