Ingredients
Salad:
- 500 gram Chinese cabbage
- 400 gram Green peas
- 3 pieces Carrot
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- 180 gram Peanuts
- Salt to taste
Sauce:
- 70 gram Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 10 gram Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Lime
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Let's start with the peas. Pour boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Cool it down.
- Cut the pepper into strips
- Cut the Peking cabbage into strips
- Cut the carrots into strips
- Cut the onion rings
- For the sauce, grate the ginger and garlic on a grater. We put it in a jar. Add vegetable oil, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, lime juice and salt. Mix well.
- In a blender, grind the nuts (I have pre-washed and dried in the oven). Add the vegetables and nuts to the salad bowl
- Fill with sauce. Mix all the ingredients. You can let it stand for a little while to mix the flavors.
