Instructions
- Peel the avocado and remove the stone. I'm going to crush the avocado with a fork to make a smear that looks like avocado slices. Cut the avocado into small pieces with a ceramic knife (so that it does not darken quickly), put it in a ceramic bowl, and squeeze the juice directly into pieces from a slice of one lemon.
