Instructions
- Prepare everything that will be useful for spreads.
- Peel the avocado and remove the stone. I'm going to crush the avocado with a fork to make a smear that looks like avocado slices. Cut the avocado into small pieces with a ceramic knife (so that it does not darken quickly), put it in a ceramic bowl, and squeeze the juice directly into pieces from a slice of one lemon. Using a fork, chop the avocado into a mass.
- Finely chop the garlic and parsley. We send it to the avocado and connect it. Of course, you can grind everything with a blender. In my opinion, my way will look tastier and more beautiful on sandwiches.
- Add the curd cheese. Mix everything, add salt and pepper as desired. I just sprinkled pepper on it. I had enough lemon juice.
- I'm making sandwiches. Generously spread the sliced muffin in half with a spread of avocado and cheese. Put as much as you can on top of the pickled mussels. I already have mussels in jars.
