- 0.5 pieces Chicken breast (boied)
- 1 piece Cucumber (fresh)
- 0.5 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 100 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0.3 teaspoons Mustard
- Greens (parsley, onion, salad)
- Salt (to taste)

- Put the vegetables and chicken in a salad bowl, mix gently, pour fragrant dressing and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Add salt to your taste. I only had green onions, but a few sprigs of parsley and a couple of lettuce leaves wouldn't hurt! This salad goes well with sour cream and mustard dressing (2 tbsp sour cream + 0.3 tsp ready-made mustard + 0.25 tsp lemon juice). For big fans of mayonnaise, you can fill it with mayonnaise.
