This salad can be used as a side dish or as an appetizer. The main thing is to choose the right spinach for the salad, because it goes into the salad without heat treatment.

  1. Rinse the spinach leaves in running water, soak them in a bowl of acidified water (for better cleanliness) and rinse again under running water. Dry it. Cut into large "noodles", season with orange juice, a mixture of peppers and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Mix and add mayonnaise.

  2. Now cut the cucumber and tomato into large strips. Gently mix with the seasoned spinach. Arrange on serving plates or in a large salad bowl for general serving. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and a mixture of seeds on top (you can use your favorite chopped nuts). Design according to your taste. It is advisable to prepare a salad and season it before serving.
