Ingredients
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Corn starch
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini into chunks and fry over high heat. Squeeze out the garlic and then pour the sauce in advance mixing it with the starch. Cook for 5 minutes. Done! Serve as a side dish or as an independent dish with sour cream.
